Variation Workshop
Classical Variation Workshop
This exceptional workshop gives young, developing artists the opportunity to work with skilled professionals on classical variations, character dancing, and stagecraft. Focusing on two ballets, The Sleeping Beauty and Coppelia, dancers will explore the history, story, and choreography of each, accompanied by pianists!
The workshop meets on Saturdays in January and February and offers two options to meet every dancer's needs and two levels to ensure dancers are challenged and inspired.
Learning Option
Saturdays, January 10 - 31, 2026
This program is designed for dancers who want to enhance their technique and embrace new challenges. Participants receive the same level of professional coaching and experience as those in the performance option, but they are unable to commit to the full schedule.
Tuition is free to enrolled Rejoice dancers - $50.00 for outside dancers.
Performing Option
Saturdays January 10 - 31 / February 7 - 28, March 5 - 7, 2026
For dancers eager to perform, this workshop begins with a learning phase in January, followed by rehearsals and staging throughout February. The dancers will maintain the same schedule, working in groups to finalize the performance material they have learned. Please note that this option requires a commitment to attendance in order to ensure that all dancers are well-prepared for the public performances at the end of the program.

Tuition is free to enrolled Rejoice students or $100.00 for outside dancers.
